Need a solid Drupal Developer with a good portfolio. No overseas outsourcing please. PM me with your information, I'd like to discuss the project over the phone.
 


Drupal was terrible in 2001 - in fact it was terrible up to around 2007/2008 until D6 became stable. Now many big sites use Drupal, I've never had a security problem with it - I even created a startup with D7. Drupal 8 is even better and uses more standard web components like symfony etc. And you've linked to drupal.org/security where things are actually being fixed (the majority of which are rather minor and usually relate to users with elevated permissions), third-party modules are marked as insecure quite regularly.

Its one of the shittest and most insecure CMS out there. There are def WAY better paid alternatives yet you are using a free and open source pile of doo doo.

Because my Client is on Drupal and has Drupal changes needing to be done.
 
Solid Drupal developer have this Skills and Experience.
= Computer science Degree.
= At least five years experience developing online applications and three years experience developing and managing Content System.
= Strong command of PHP 5, SQL, CSS, XHTML, Javascript.
= Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CS.
= Experience with Apache.
= Knowledge of the Drupal 5 or 6 API and the willingness to become a Drupal expert.
= Strong English language skills.
= Professional reliable and precise.
