Need a plugin or script to auto pilot post to my blog for clickbank & CJ

I am looking for a plugin or script that will make it easier to post offers for clickbank and cj. I have seen in the past some product out there that will create a adsense type of ads for CJ and clickbank with a title and description just by scraping or other means. I want to be able to use a rss feed type that will auto create a ad with my affiliate link added to all CJ, clickbank and ebay products and I can add to all my sites or blogs as posts. I did see one service but lost the info I would just give my affiliate ID of CJ, clickbank and ebay and the script or program would spit out many ads with my id as a feed or code that I would ad to my site. But I hate that I have to pay some of these programs a monthly charge I rather just pay one time. Does anyone use a product or service that does this?

It wouldn't be to hard to make a script to do this, if you don't know how to do this you'll have to pay a programmer, but hell that's the way to go.
