Need a new banner

I need a banner that doesn't suck.

The website is here: One Step Realty, Inc. :: Michigan property management, rental properties, properties for sale, and more, and I need a new banner to replace the one currently there.

Requirements - same width and height, include the following text:
1. One Step Realty, Inc.
2. Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management
3. Statewide Service for Michigan

Create a banner or two (or three), post them here or PM me, and I'll select the one to use on the website - the creator of the selected banner will get $50 through Paypal.
