Need a great LP designer for products.

I'm looking for an LP designer that can slice into HTML/CSS and implement some basic PHP/AJAX code for some LPs that I'm working on. These are all the standard bizopp/work at home/teeth whitening/ etc that we're used to.

So if you are badass at what you do, let me know. I need several pages done for multiple offers. All offers include the landing page for leadgen, second page for more info, and the thank you page - all standard stuff.
