Need a clean Graphics + Integration into wordpress theme

This is a personal blog, so I don't want to spend too much money

It's a strength training blog, I want to change the blog into a more readerfriendly design (clean font and white [easier on the eyes] background)

I want to incorporate strength training graphics along the header and possibly down the sides.

e.g.

I'd like these pictures to be incorporated onto the banner in this fashion

update

wordpress integration is not really necessery, as the theme is pretty flexible in terms of adapting images onto the theme

I only require 3 high quality image shots of lots of people doing powerlifting/MMA/Muay thai

Any 1300px by 160px will do, but I need 3 different ones which the theme will change dynamically.

The CSS will crop the images and add the fading on the sides
