Need a cheap custom wordpress theme

I want someone to make a custom wordpress theme. I already have the background graphic, don't really need much other than I want it setup for adsense ALL OVER the place...

I think you are in the market for one of the many free themes. Then you can get alogo made for around $30.

Agreed, but i want it slightly customized to my tastes. My PHP skills are terrible, and i just need someone to take the creatives i already have, make some tweaks to the theme, add some more adsense space, and put it all together for me.
