Can anybody here help me how to find a list of 300 PR3+ list/links of a Japanese Article Directories, Web 2.0 sites, forum profiles, video sites, press releases, social networking profile links, social bookmarks as well as RSS Feeds?

Any advise, feedback, suggestions and inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
