Mysterious traffic from Google.ru

I've noticed quite a bit of (useless) traffic referred from google.ru recently, yet the IP addresses are US based - mostly NY. Which one of you is it trying it on then?

What I would like to know is have any of you had loads of Organic search traffic referred from there recently? (like the last week or so)
