So I just started playing the MySpace game. Yeah, yeah a little late I know but what the hell. Anyway, I was wondering if you guys set up profiles to look "cool" and whatnot in order to attract more friend requests, or does that even matter?

Honestly, I think they look like pure shit but if that's what drives the traffic and friend requests then so be it.
