Myspace has layouts and ringtones

So the layouts section is currently just a sellout to Fantastic 4? Nonetheless I can't say it's a surprise. It has always been idiotic of Myspace to NOT serve up their own resources considering the millions of dollars myspace resource sites make on a monthly basis that should be going into Myspace's pocket.

Edit: Oh I just can't use the editor I guess b/c I'm in Firefox ... good work Myspace dev team

what is goatse, ive never heard of it. could you please post some pictures of it for aden?

Can't believe MySpace is hoarding ringtones now. Seems kinda weird. So it's like...maybe we should start spamming MySpace with Blockbuster ads so 10 months later they can start their own online video rental partnership with Blockbuster. Weird.

It's also weird that they went with Jamster. Jamsters payouts and conversions suck.

They picked the company that offered them the most beneficial deal, what jamster pays affiliates has nothing to do with what MySpace is going to be making.

You can't believe it? If you didn't see it coming you are blind. Myspace isn't oblivious to all the money spammy affiliates are making off of their userbase and with conventional banner ads converting like shit it was only a matter of time before they wised up.

Myspace will die off in the next 5 years.

My friends who joined Myspace when it started getting big a couple years ago, are the same ones deleting their accounts now. After a while, it gets old and people will move on to the next big thing.

Myspace is only doing what's best for them in the short term. I can't blame them.

It's called getting older, people don't keep buying G.I. Joes or collecting barbies either ( well not usually )... but those industries dont die.

They just evolve as the generations change.

I understand what you're saying, and you make a very good point. As older generations are leaving myspace, younger generations are joining.

Still, I have a feeling that Myspace is just a passing trend. You mentioned GI Joes and Barbies.... weren't those replaced eventually by PS3s and XBOX 360s and other more high-tech stuff? Just like those products, Myspace won't keep peoples' attention forever.
