guys i havent finished my blog just yet but I have figured out a way to instantly get 30k uniques a month when it launches.

i hate being personal on the internet, yes i hate blogging, not because of the writing or expressing myself part but because of the part of people reading it. anyway im going to suck it up and just do it.

my question is that i want to have other people blogging too. and i want them to post genuine blogs about the topics i ask them to post about. I have gone on craigslist in the past and found a couple of bloggers for one of my older projects and it worked out ok but those bloggers didnt last 4 months till they fell off the map. i payed them $10 a blog.

is it a good idea to find a really good blogger, say someone that is already blogging and has a following in that particular niche/location and make them partners with me on this new website im developing? they may last longer and post 100% quality if they are part owner.

any thoughts? or should i just pay them $10 a blog so that when we cut ties there is no strings attached?

Yes. I pay about $14-$22 dollars for each post on my website. The writing is good.

You also have to keep in mind that many people are not going to be willing to contribute to a website for free and wait until it becomes profitable (if ever) for them to get paid.

If you partner-up make sure you have their partnership contingent upon them writing x amount of post per month. If they fail to do so, they are removed from the partnership.
