Today, Mundo Track experienced an unprecedented outage caused by a critical hardware failure at Rackspace. While we were only one of many companies affected by this outage, I want to personally apologize to all of you for this. This is completely unacceptable, and we are taking immediate steps to rectify this matter. Rest assured, we are taking this very seriously. We want to be fully transparent and proactive in our communication and efforts to rectify the matter.
Your business is of paramount importance to us. You are our partners, and Mundo is nothing without your hard work and dedication. Rest assured that you will be properly compensated for the downtime that occurred. Some of you may have noticed that you cannot see statistics from September 21st to September 24th. This is a temporary problem, and all of your data has been preserved and will appear within the next day.
