Multi-user WordPress and c-class SEO Hosting?

In the past I've set up MUWP installs such that I could centrally manage many sites from a single admin panel and only have to upload plugins to a single location.

I just signed up for SEO hosting and it looks like I'm going to have to set up hundreds of independent wordpress installs. Obviously, this is terribly inefficient.

Anyone have any ideas on how I could distribute a single MUWP over c-class hosting? Paid consulting offers will be considered.

Any idea who those 2 are, or where they came from? Also, if you haven't found your solution, i may have an "alternative".
