I am making some money from referring webmasters and noticed there is still few quality CPM/popup/popunder... affiliate programs with referral part...
I have them in my list but I dont like those which pay only for few months and than you get nothing... not worthy to transfer already active webmasters making few cents... Better few cents than nothing.
So what can you suggest?
