I've just setup a campaign in MSN (2 days ago) and the estimates it gave for my bids were roughly 450 clicks expected in a month.

This is for Acai but so far not even one impression. Any ideas why my ads are failing to show. Is MSN taking the Google stance regarding Acai, ie. doesn't tend to like all the affiliate pages showing up for it?

Are you bidding enough to get your ad to show? Have your ads been approved? Is your tracking working correctly?

I usually started getting impressions on a new campaign withing a half a day.

Oh also watch out, if your LP has a popup on it, it can cause you to not get impressions. Just a heads up.

All ads say active as does the campaign.

I'm using Prosper202 but no impressions according to Adcenter.

I''ve just upped the bid to £.8 about $1.12. Just to see if that's the issue here. It was about $.90

No pop-ups.

Good Morning Jeff,

Thanks for contacting the Microsoft adCenter UK Support Team. I
understand from your email that you are querying the lack of performance
from your ‘Acai’ campaign.

Having looked in to this matter I have discovered that this is due to a
temporary fault we have with our automated editorial system. I can
assure you that this has been escalated to our technical team and will
be resolved forthwith.

Jeff, I do not have an exact timetable as to when this fault will be
rectified but rest assured I will write to inform you as soon as it is.
In the meantime I will send you an email update before close of business
on Friday 30th January.

Well they certainly were in touch

Good Afternoon Jeff,

Further to my previous email I am writing to inform you that the
technical issue preventing your ads from the Acai campaign from
displaying has not as yet been rectified. I hope for a resolution at
some point next week and will inform you as soon as I hear any news on
the matter and will give you an update at the latest by close of
business on Friday 6th February.

Don't think I'll hold my breath for this answer to this one.

Wow this is just so fucked. Weird. They will be in contact though.
