Moved to NW Arkansas, old home in Florida for sale

mine would probably go for $175+ in a lot of areas too, but selling it for $103,900 here in Tallahassee

Ya, didn't realize the MLS search sucks on that site. Thanks LMSinc!

Fernandina is okay if you're 45+ or have no life. I'm from the midwest so it's just a return to my homeland.

I'd rather sit around the house with friends than sit around alone.

Besides, the house was built in the late 50s, the best part about it is the land, not the house. Right on the river and only 2 miles from the beach.

No problem man... Sometimes people suck at posting links, and sometimes it's just a shitty website.

What's the point of a RE listing website if it's harder than a dick on Viagra to share links/listings with others? lol

As for the topic, I think it's a decent price... I've lived in areas from where I grew up in San Diego (on the coast of Carlsbad and Oceanside to be exact), to Scottsdale/Fountain Hills, Az., to double wides in the middle of the motherfucking bare desert, so I'm guessing, for the area (lots of older folks and snowbirds), that price seems to about fit the bill...

in my neck of the woods a house like that would go for 800k at least. but thats hawaii and right by some of the best surfing/beachs in the world.

usually internal MLS sites are for realtors. Realtor.com has a more user friendly search
