Most Successful Affiliate Offers?

Hey guys,

I'm pretty new and have been running affiliate offers for a little over a year (mostly ringtones/incentives and things of that sort). As you all may know, these offers are pretty saturated with 1000s of affiliates running the same offers. Also, these offers seem to be very unstable and may be headed for the deadpool sooner or later.

My question is, what are some new, exciting offers that work well these days? Also, what are some offers that have "staying power"?

I was thinking mortgage, but there's been the mortgage shake up as of late and i'm sure the competition is fierce. What are you people having succes with? Auto Loan? Payday Loan? ebay? I'm looking to diversify and would like an idea of where i should start.

tell ya what, i will dish out some real high quality info for you.

the top 5 offers, in no particular order, are:
1.) midget porn (this one is probably 90% of our main breadwinner here, obv)
2.) chemical castration (pays out only upon full shriveling)
3.) breast augmentation (i deal in reductions only)
4.) arabian sungoggle contest (pays out after a 15 page filtering process)
5.) rape victim counseling leads (this one is a real toughy - pays out only after the rapist has been convicted or entered a guilty plea in a court of law... however, at a staggering $3K per lead, most super affiliate ballers push a lot of traffic in this vertical)

other than these 5, most of us push the other standard stuff like overpriced coffins, penile implants, and of course, the perennial favorite, "How to convince your younger brother that the Easter Bunny is NOT Real Before Age 10" ebook

ps - if you have to ask what an arabian sungoggles is, you obv ain't gonna make it in the world of super competitive super affiliates

I gotta agree with the above poster. When I got into affiliate marketing, everyone was making money off ringtones. Over-saturation has pretty much killed that market. Just wish I could have gotten in sooner.

Arabian Sunglasses or Sungoggles are going to be the next "ringtones"... huge volume, low cost, massive demand (especially in San Francisco, look into geotargeting).
 
Some areas may require a good amt of $$$ to push the offer; though u can get around this with other non-ppc efforts.

Find one niche, learn the basic tricks of the trade with the page layout, banner placement, blah, blah. Work with ur AM a lot when starting out. U get some basic SEO tactics under ur belt, or be a rockstar and mix all that I said together with some BH and tear it up.

I have heard the Arabian Sunglasses are a hidden cash-cow!
 
What all these assholes are trying to hint here is nobody is willing to hand over their months (years) of research in a single post. You need to do the research, you need to do the action, you need to figure out what works best for you.

Some have spent thousands getting into markets that suck while others spend a few dollars and make thousands in a different market. Think niche, go for the small time keywords, find the offers, and you'll be better off than 95% of the newbies out there who think this shit is easy.

When I was in college I really didn't even have to sell em, they sold themselves :)
