Month to Month hosting?

I have some stuff I want to try out on a diff. hosting for a couple months. Can anyone reccomend a good, cheap Month to Month hosting provider with no gay ass "Set Up" fee?
 


I signed up for GoDaddy because it's just one landing page. I just hate how busy their site is! Oh well, most of my domains are managed there. Thanks!
 
You'll find good deals in the forums at webhostingtalk.com. Most reseller hosting doesn't have a setup fee, and they can be quite inexpensive (it's usually worth paying an extra dollar for a service that will be around in 3 months - good reason to not buy hosting on eBay).

You shouldn't use hosting at Godaddy. You shouldn't even have your domains there.
 
Its generally the shitty hosts that offer you a yearly plan for 5-10 bucks.

seriously, I have been using hostgator for several months now and I don't see a single motive that could make me think to go away
 
A good deal on a year plan in about the same as a month or two.

And you wont have problems remembering to pay, some expired cc or something.
 
Kurt's a great guy. I'd recommend him in a second... not only because of the hosting packages but because he's a good person. If you want someone you can TRUST and not just a company behind a veil... go with Kurt.
 
I'd say hostgator -- pretty cheap and very reliable. Used them for 2 years before I moved on to a VPS.
