Looks like you already have internet access. That's a good start.
You can start building web pages, it's all free, you don't need money for that.
Open a paypal account. Free again.
Then monetize these page, plenty of free tips around this forum and on the web.
Then, you are set to make money and it did not cost ou a dime.
It has never been that easy in the history of mankind.
 
Alternatively, you can steal money from family and friends to buy Gold bonds.:smokin:
 
Figure out what you are good at, i.e. article writing, building backlinks, etc. and
start working for others doing that. It will not make you rich, but it will give
you some "seed" money, which I suggest you then invest in a good training
program. One which will have you building your business as the training progresses,
so you begin earning quickly and continue to grow your business.

Doing it this way, you will avoid the trap of buying program after program, and
not getting anywhere. Concentrate on your training program, and you should
end up with a business that will definitely pay all your bills, and some.
