In my country, we can still register unlimited domains for free. The process is a little tedious (it still require human intervention) but its free.

If I get at least 1000 new domains, how can monetize those?
Simple installing a parking page with adsense?
Does it make any sense?

Are they your country domains, or .com's? I would guess country domains..

You can go two main routes:

1- register 1000's of domains. Think of every popular phrase, word, title, name, whatever really, and snatch those up to build a staggering domain portfolio for yourself. To monetize it, go to domainsponsor.com, register, and whenever someone types in the domain name instead of using a search engine to find what they are looking for, they will hit that splash page, and hopefully (for your sake) click on a link, that in turn will give you some cash.

2- Churn out SEO friendly Wordpress blogs, or even one of those automated scripts that create 5-6 page sites. Make sure you have each domain for a specific niche or two. Get articles custom written, or use pre-made ones if you'd like instead, slap them on there, put up some adsense ads, get a few links to each domain, and let the waiting game begin.

Those are the two quickest ways. Obviously choice 1 is the least expensive and quickest way to make some money. Although, you shouldn't expect to make much. The 2nd option is a longer and a bit more expensive route. You can easily get a shared hosting account for $10 a month, and put an unlimited amount of domains on there (just don't run out of space). Sure it may cost you $10/mo to run it, and there is SOME work involved, but overall, if your sites start picking up search engine traffic, they will also start making you some cash from the ads that get clicked.

You can even go both routes if you have that much time to spend. Option 2 is your longterm goal, and option 1 is your short term. Either way, you may not make a lot of money, but as long as you make $10.01, each month, then everything after that is profit.

Nice suggestion Jon. You could try and outsource all this to some indian firms. Pay them a flat rate per site they develop. $10 dollars a site seems fair.

Uhm. Digging himself a $10,000 ditch probably would not be the best route to start with a new and untested project imho.

He would be better off getting some sort of mass wordpress installer script or some such.
