I have a site: :: Dallas Nightlife :: SpottedHere.com which gets a decent amount of traffic.. 20k+ uniques / 300k+ pageviews a month all organic with around 6% monthly growth. The traffic is all dallas, texas looking for clubs/bars pretty much.
I am already starting conversation with venues on advertising, building tools for them to use, etc. Are there online "Aff Marketing" routes I can use.. I threw up a banner today on 2 page types:

just to see how it does.
*note, I plan on redesigning the site in the next few months for a better user flow & to monetize the site more efficiently, so feel free to be as creative as you can.
