The second level of the MN caucus process started recently. This is where all the previously elected precinct delegates from a county get together and nominate/vote between themselves for a smaller number of delegates to go to the next larger area convention.

My local convention has not happened yet, but I have been hearing from others that their local GOP leaders and/or convention chair have been passing out ballots at the conventions with "GOP Recommended" delegate names already printed on them.

Ron Paul delegates/supporters have needed to introduce motions and vote to have the pre-printed ballots thrown out before starting and get blank paper passed out. Some have been motioning and voting to replace their convention chair too.
