Does anyone belong to or know of affiliates that provide offers for Major League Baseball (Jerseys, tickets, merch.)?

Thanks. Ill keep looking. Im searching to promote MLB related material on social media. I have the traffic, just need to find what works
 
I'm interested in this too. MLB used to have a program for jerseys through CJ I think, then directly, but now I can't find any active program.
 
I'm still not finding much for offers. It may be too early but you would think with all these signings someone would push something.
