OP provided me a choice of exact match keywords with secondary keywords that can be targeted also within domain.
I didnt have to give cpanel login, just wp login to op and he put thesis theme on with a few custom settings.
Sent him adsense code for 4 sizes and that got actioned very quickly.
Its now under 48 hours since i placed the order and the site is fully complete.
Just waiting for the backlink report to be sent through to my email.
The quality of the articles on the site was great, very seo optimised for the keyword.
All in all i am very impressed, especially with the turn around speed of this (maybe due to me being first customer)
I shall now leave the site 1 week before coming back and posting rankings etc.

I have bought 2 discounted copies on 22nd Sept and received both of them 2 days ago. So that's around 7 days of TAT. Not bad.
After placing order OP contacted me and asked my preferred niche/topic. So I sent him list of topics. The next day I received keywords with EMD plus secondary keywords. Out of which I had to choose 2. I selected 2 from apparel niche which can always monetized with adsense or affiliate programs.
The micro niches are pretty decent for my taste. There weren't too many "authority sites" ranking on top 10. So well done with the research.
I bought domains and quickly setup wordpress just to speedup the process and sent the details to OP. My sites were finished after 5-6 days.
My primary monetization method is not adsense so didn't like Adsense-ready wp theme. so I'll have to change it in the future.
Each sites came with 3 optimized posts with relevant image and 3 pages (about, privacy, contact)
Yesterday I received my final backlinks report. 50% of them are High PR profiles and the rest are blog comments.
Today checked my site on Rankerizer.
