Maybe I am blind (actually, just got out of the hospital for corneal abrasions but thats another story)
I couldn't find anywhere in the BST or noob section, how much it costs to make a BST thread. I will be looking to create one as soon as I can.

You should probably check out the rules. With that said, go into the BST section and if you have access, you can select "New Thread". From there it walks you through purchasing. I believe the price right now is $66.00 for a thread that will last 10 days.
 
Also, I read that a new member should have at least 15 post to buy a new thread. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Just read the BST section rules before you submit your thread and the price for BST is $77..
