May i make thread in buy/sell/trade section?

I am freelance programmer i was trying to create a thread in buy/sell/trade section to offer my programming services on WF.But my thread is not live yet.
May be becoz i am new here?.I think i can not create a sale thread here.

If yes can any one suggest how i can be able to create a sale thread

Don't use "regards".

It makes me think you are from India. I think they enforce the use of that in all citizens there for some reason. Experienced US AM's, Writers, and others will see that and hit BACK right away.

thx i did not know that. btw i am from india. Yes i read the rules they did not say that u can not make a buy sell thread .But i made a thread and it wont show up
