Masking vs. Cloaking

Masking vs. Cloaking
Are GoDaddy's "Masking" and regular "Cloaking" the same thing? I've been reading a lot of stuff about cloaking but its all so confusing. On my GoDaddy account you simply have a URL 'masked' and redirected to another site.

I believe the Godaddy masking hides the destination url and shows yours by opening the destination site in a frame.
