Nice app. Though, I just watched "Taking Chance" and the guy "Chance Phelps" is not on that map.
 
Wtf, why would anyone ever want to download and look through that?

I bet a lot of friends/relatives of KIAs will look through it because it helps to know about the other families going through the same grief. Same reason so many people visit The Wall- with 10x the number of names, very few people from that era did not know someone who died or went missing in Vietnam.

What affected me the most about it is that all the points are clustered so close together, but as I zoomed in on it I expected them to get further away. As I got closer, instead of spreading out, it kept adding more points. They don't really start spreading out until you get all the way down to a city.

At the least, I think people need to know what a group of (approx.) 5700 people looks like. 5700 points on a map doesn't seem like a lot but 5700 people- a completely different story.
