Okay, here's my review:

Waste of money, you can find your own blogs to comment on if you want. The comments were poorly written and the report of the links was basic. Some sites did not even display the comments, because they had been manually rejected. This service could work in bulk, but since you can get a script to do it, there really isn't much point paying someone to do it.
