It's funny I'm looking back at this now, but it's my last year in highschool (Crazy I joined in 2007, when I was what, 14-15?) and I've been reflecting on my time,and remembered an incident in my Web Design class were I told a kid to go on MakeMoniesOnline.com during class, we all laughed than he put it on my computer when I wasn't looking...the teacher ended up right behind me though and I didn't know it was on my screen. Bam I got sent to the office and suspended for 1 day, that's not the bad part though, they called my DAD and explained the situation to him. Easily one of the worst experiences ever, but it was pretty lulzy.

Haha word. High school memories are great.

I remember dropping a shortcut to makemoniesonline into my teachers startup folder by finding a network security exploit. The next day, she turned on the TV, logged in and went to the board to write some spanish terms, as the computer logged in and enabled startup items. Next thing was makemoniesonline floating around the screen and my teacher was screaming her head off....she was such a bitch and it was HILARIOUS! Forgot to mention, I also put shortcuts to tubgirl and goatse.

I remember being in the vice principle's office and thinking "I dun fucked up now!" than she asked me what the particular website was and I was like ".... umm........................err...uhh, why"
"I want to see what it is and get the tech to block it"
"...OK"
 
Only similar memory in high school was when I worked as an assistant tech during the morning for the school, and they had just setup bunch of brand new power macs for the teachers and got the network all wired thru (this was like 95/96). Well apparently I learned that all these computers due to the way they were installed (some assimilator program with a pic of bill gates as the borg), I was able to tell all the computers to print or show whatever I wanted, so had em all printing porn for the better half of an hour.

I also learned that all the school computers in the state shared the same 'foolproof' password, which was something like miranda or melinda, I can't remember, anwyays my brother in middle school used this code to unlock his computer in his computer lab at the middle school, and they thought he was some big hacker or something so he ended up getting banned from Michigan state owned computers til he was 18. Just cuz of that unlock code...

Anywho thats bout as much as I'll ever admit to doing in high school.

Not sure how school techs were after '99, but in my experience state employed techs, not counting the handful of student-assistants usually weren't too experienced in actually blocking or preventing things from happening.

PS: Did she actually visit it? And if so, did she convert?

Lol I'm gonna miss this old place, only 4 months left...but I might be doing a return year because I failed a few courses...an extra year of highschool? WHY NOT!
 
I think my favorite was when the campus security director brought cops in to "arrest" me (as in they literally showed up and tried to cuff me) on heresay that I hacked in and changed my grades.

Just FYI, I can neither endorse or deny this.

I'm not sure if she actually checked it out...she would probably think Im a freak if she saw it.

Lulz I remember doing the
"msg all * text"
in the command promp, it sent a message to all the computers in the school, they eventually found out it was me and locked my id from the computers for about a month. Some of the messages were hilarious though.. "I'M WATCHING YOU!", etc...everyone thought I was such a huge hacker.
 
A kid stole my bracelet in the 6th grade, so I pulled out my money clip nail file and told him I was going to "Slash him"... ended up getting a 10-day weapons suspension and a Expulsion hearing that my parents Lawyer got me out of. LOL.

Then my father proceeded to beat the shit out of me.

They tried to do that with my brother, (due to previous incident) because I showed him System7 or whatever the name of that popular automated application was to let you remote control another computer, and do stupid shit like open and close cd tray and so forth. The only problem was they couldn't prove he did it because he was in another class during that hour, and they apparently didn't know that such a remote access method could exist.

Basically he just had me go in and change a few things around after he installed the hidden server on a couple machines. Freaked them the hell out, the way I remember it, it was the decade when schools and such were getting all uber paranoid bout being hacked and such by their own kids, no doubt following media hype of the years before.

And honestly, when I was a freshman in high school, you didn't need to hack shit, the teacher's computer was just sitting right in the corner, completely unlocked, unattended, with the student files right there on the screen. Was some kind of Lotus spread sheet on the black background with green text (DOS 5.* I presume, it was after I had my 486/25Mhz with Dos 5.0 and Win 3.1). And I had every opportunity to change my grade or a fellow student.

Sad part was, we confirmed a stereotype big time when myself as the only white student in a class of 32 kids, was the only one that passed algebra I that year. Yet any of them could have easily adjusted their grade to a D, but most couldn't even figure out the TI-81 graphing calculators the schools provided every student.

LOL, we would have gotten along great in middle school then. I remember in germany (department of defense school system), had a kid pull a knife on me during home ec. ... I ended up getting suspended cuz somehow I agitated him to do that.

If you think your school admins lack serious reasoning skills, you haven't seen anything til you been in the DOD school system half your school years. Honestly would have loved to use MakeMoniesOnline in that school, but it was back when Wolfstien 3D first came out, and we only had one computer in the lab capable of playing it, we'd invite some of our german friends after school to play it, since it was banned outside of the base.

The way they explained it was that because we were both involved, we both got suspended... we both ended up getting some kind of school based community service for a day... That would go over very well in a civilian community </sarcasm> :D

Army Brat here, (Germany, Panama, and Ft.Bragg). When retired my first year of high school was in Fayetteville, NC... talk bout an armpit of a state if such were to exist. 2,000 freshmens, mainly cuz 75% got held back from the years before, and 21 year old Seniors walking around... great times.
 
no bad could ever come from makemoniesonline. no way. I'm pretty sure its some sort of recruitment test for scientology.

I would love to know what words they used to describe makemonies, especially if 'spin/spinning' was used
