As many of you may already know, SEscout has been taken over by a whole new team. We have a completely new platform that we have been developing for a while, a full time support team, and some top SEOs working with us to create an amazing new SERP tracker. If you haven't been following our rebirth, take a look at our blog.

WE WERE BORN HERE

So why promote the new SEscout here? This is where it all started. Most people might try to bury their mistakes in the past and only look forward. However, we feel that this approach is foolish and irresponsible. We know that if we can make things right with you guys first, we'll have a much better product and team moving forward.

THE NEW DASHBOARD

AN OVERVIEW
The new platform is solid. Rankings are solid and consistently updated every hour. All data is in real time and pushed to your browser the second it comes in. We just added rank change alerts via SMS, PUSH, and email. Export your account data via CSV any time and PDF reports are just about live. We have a lot more in the works and a full team to make SEscout all that it was suppose to be originally.

MAKE US YOUR BITCH

We are a new company that has learned from the past. We are here to prove it. Send us feature requests and watch them get added. Send us bug reports and watch them get resolved asap. Talk to us about rankings and we'll investigate. Or just email us every morning when you wake up and cuss us out for the fun of it. You'll always get a (friendly ;) reply.

Making things my bitch usually means getting free stuff.

So how about some free functioning accounts to compare accuracy and uptime with some of the competitors?

That's some pretty sound logic! For any senior members who want to review us, I can give review accounts. Just request here (Drake good to go) and I'll pm invite codes.

I dont really understand your pricing, why are there no downloadable reports for the lite/basic users?

Also, as theres 24 hours in a day, and I wouldnt want to track with any better frequency than once a day, can I track 24x as many keywords/domains?

I will grab a review account to test you guys out. PM me the code if you have any left..

All accounts now have CSV reports.

All keywords are updated hourly. Most see this as a feature, especially since we have a great new notification system.

I've been testing this out for a few days and it's pretty rad. I like the interface a lot and I do like the frequent rank checking.

The only issue I've seen over the past few days was a little wonkiness with one particular term that must have been in flux from page 2-3. I pm'd him and it was fixed very quickly. Support seems top notch and nimble enough to actually make changes to the product by the next time you log in.

In comparison with the other 3 I use (serps.com, micrositemasters, rank checker ace) accuracy seems on par with the others. I haven't needed to use support at the others so I can't really compare. I will say that I had used serpbook back a few months ago and sescout is much more accurate (though this may have since been fixed).

tldr: If you're looking for a paid tracking app, this seems to be a good one.

Unfortunately, this will happen on occasion for more volatile keywords.

Thanks for the review! We are glad you're liking the new service!

Ok, so I have been testing this out for the last few days and it is a very good tool. I like the GUI as it is very easy to navigate and done intuitively so everything has a flow to it and got the hang of it in a few clicks..

The rankings are on par with MSM that I am currently using and backlinkgurus is offering great support! All my PMs were answered in a few minutes and looks like they are constantly improving the thing! What I especially like is that there are all countries of Google search to choose to track rankings for! Something that I haven't seen in MSM and I wrote to them to add my country.

All in all a great tracker to use!

I have been reviewing this for about a week as well. I was originally using SEScout back in the day and switched to MSM when it imploded about a year ago. Here is what I have observed so far.

Accuracy: Seems quite accurate and is usually very close to MSM. When I check some by hand with Google Incognito it seems right on the money. It checks often too so if there is a daily flux it seems more likely to be accurate than MSM IMO.

User Interface: It is pretty easy to use but is obviously beta. I think some of the buttons should probably have words on them as they are not totally intuitive. My first domain I added looks different than the following three in the left nav. Not exactly sure why but it is always in the same place. Maybe I am doing the folders wrong or something.

Speed: It goes and grabs your ranks as you add them. At least right now there is no delay. It has the ranks in a minute or so. It checks rankings many times a day at least now. Often when I login there are rankings that are 6 to 45 minutes old. It seems it is ranking at least 24 times a day. Not really needed by me. I would not mind 6 to 10 times a day.

Cost: It is a very good deal and I like how the packages are structured. The base plan is $15 and almost anyone that does SEO and adds some links at time should be tracking what works and what hurts. Also tracking some comps is a good idea.

Recommended and definitely should be considered for a rank tracker. I am not sure if I will switch from MSM to this.

Awesome! Thank you for testing us out! Customer service/support is definitely a top focus as we move forward.

This is exactly why we check hourly. It may seem like overkill, but it's the only way to catch the beginning of movement sometimes up to a day or 2 before you'll see your manual searches change.

Next to each domain, it's favicon is displayed. Perhaps one could not be found for your site so it's blank. I'll take a look and pm you.

We put a lot of work into our data infrastructure. This level of performance will be the benchark by which we scale our user base. Also the main reason why we no longer offer free accounts. Quality of experience comes first.

Recommended and definitely should be considered for a rank tracker.
Beautiful! Thank you very much!
