Mail forwarders and phones?

I know I can get a forwarded mail service from a UPS store but what about a virtual phone number? Google voice?

This thread again. Twilio IMO. I know lots of local marketers who use Google Voice, but I believe that to be a bit naive/short sighted. I assume this is for Google Local/Places. If Google is trying to determine whether you are a real business, do you think a Google Voice number as your business line tells the right story? IMO, it would be like building out a network, and hooking them up to GA and GWT.
