Tell me what you think, constructive criticism welcome.

first thing is, its too big... make sure there is a button to click on right at the top. because not everyone is going to read through it or even scroll down. You need to make the TRY it FREE TODAY button higher up where there is no need to move to see it.

Use spell check next time...
No need to be an asshole and repeat what the person before you said...

All in all, it could use some work and be made better. I think moving some things around to make it more accessible would help CTR a lot. Maybe put the pictures of the guys at the top side by side with the cologne and sign up button.

Good landing page if its your first.

Hey

Think about the target audience when designing you LP. Your target audience are most likely to be ABC1 Men, web savy and used to web 2.0 functionality. They will expect a glossy LP promoting luxury products.

Agree with Rascagua good - slightly too long, but all in all good start for your first LP.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Alright thanks alot for the suggestions guys, I moved some things around and fixed the spelling on cologne (LOL).

Are you guys serious or what? This is a horrible landing page, sorry but it is. There are too many things wrong with it to critique it reqally but for starters don't use a black background as it looks unprofessional and pay someone who has a clue how to make professional looking graphics. Many many things wrong with this landing page but that's my input for you, my suggestion is hire someone who knows what they are doing until you get a better feeling for what a good landing page should look like and brush up on your photoshop skills a bit.

Landing pages are not my thing, but does anyone think this looks better? I basically just kept his content, and shuffled around some things.

WayneDog, can you show me some landing pages you would consider good, Thanks brah

i'd be surprised if he does... his initial response was so lazy that I can't imagine... do a google search on "landing page design" and you'll get a slew of information.

Here's a collection of 100 articles on the topic

radio - yeah good call, saying "DO A GOOGLE SEARCH" is so much more helpful and ambitious... You're the man.

johnny - My overall advice is really just to pay someone to create them for you at first until you start seeing a bunch and get a better feel for what is a decent landing page. With that being said, here are two links that should help for sure. Good luck.

For your first go it's not bad... It definitely needs quite a bit of work, but I disagree with paying somone else to do it right away... learning how to create good landing pages will teach you more than just design, it will help you to understand the bigger picture of online marketing.. if you're new to the industry then this could really help get you up to speed...

I'd agree with the call of getting a pro to do it the first time. Look at what it is they made you and see if you can emulate it in future designs of your own.

For me, it's more of an imagery problem. You're using stuff that might work nicely for a local chemist's junk mail, but doesn't cut it for web graphics.
Personally, I would be more convinced by a single image of just a torso with cologne being sprayed on, transparent background. Like this, but with some deodorant spray action going on:

If you wanted to "Web2.0" it, you could have a flash script that has the spray angling in off the mouse or some shit.

i love seeing shit like this, makes me so much more confident about my own future.

your buttons look like week old jolly ranchers. wayyy too ugly.

At first glance, I don't know what you are going to offer.
Cologne at discount price? Or free trial? Or you have a most complet series so that I can choose whatever I want?
It seems you offered all three. Sorry I am confused and have no interest to click further.

I agree with HarveyJ in regards to there being an imagery problem...

The problem isnt so much the pictures being small or of random body parts - Its the whole subject of your images.

If I was looking for cologne online, the last thing I would give a shit about seeing is some other guys fucking armpit.

Think about it.... Why does a guy where cologne? So he smells good, who does he want to smell good for? - Women...

Try placing images of a woman all over a guy, dont use something overly sexual, but something possibly seductive or lustful, basically a girl hanging on a guy - The thought of me being that dude would be alot more enticing than a picture of some random guys armpit...

Thats my 2 cents...

Also, your page seems to be lacking a huge amount of structure, theres also alot of wasted space between elements...
