LulzSec brought down by own leader

They mustve threatened the shit out of this nerd with Federal pound-me-in-the-ass Prison.

"Not such a tough guy when you're not being the computer, are you?! Would you rather your anus get the royal treatment, or write down the names of your accomplises here ..."

Locking these guys up is not the solution. Fixing the fucking security of important websites is the solution. All this does is cover up the problem until we go to war with a country that is smart enough to bring down our economy/government via hacking. The best thing Lulzsec ever did was to brag about their hacks and advertise their success. Just think of the shit that goes down that is never bragged about.

here's the funny thing: these people pop up everywhere. anonymous is riddled with script kiddies trying to be the next martyr for the free world. LulzSec might be over, but a new reign of script kiddies will pop up soon.

the five charged in the LulzSec conspiracy indictment expected to be unsealed were identified by sources as: Ryan Ackroyd, aka “Kayla”

LOL Kayla.. No girls on the internet confirmed.

Unemployed father of two that lives in a public housing project...and this is how he spent his time?

Say what you want about the virtues of their operation but this guy was a piece of shit father with shitty priorities.

This. Just think of all the Chinese and Russian (to name a couple) hackers out there working for government operations. You can absolutely bet they are breaking into the same systems and a lot deeper. I'm amazed at some of the stuff these guys managed to dig up (Stratfor emails, Paypal hacks, etc) and that information would never see the light of day otherwise. It just had to be a fucking American who ratted everyone out.

The funny thing is, most of these attacks are DDos which are bullshit wimp attacks, which do no major harm but only slightly inconvenience you for about a day.
As stated above in the most vicious attacks no one claims responsibility
On a related note... China Hacking Lockheed Martin

I guess the media really only care about people who flaunt their success.
Of course China is a country and not a bunch of little kids jacking off at their computers, naturally they would not admit responsibility. But the point still stands.

1) Become Father of 2
2) Leave your job
3) Apply for unemployment benefits
4) Get Paid
5) start hacking
6) Success

It boggles the mind that someone from this forum would actually equate living off of unemployment in public housing projects with "success."

I used to believe the word "peasant" was thrown around here a little too much. Now I'm not so sure.

Some of you people are the smallest thinkers I've ever come across.

Used to be some of you people on this forum were smart enough to get sarcasm. Damn those were the days.
