I was wondering if anyone knows if Affiliates can promote Lottery related offers in the USA. For example, I have a client who is interested in running a lottery related campaign that offers consumers the ability to win $10,000.

Are there any laws in the USA preventing lottery campaigns?

I've seen a number of US targeted lotto offers out there. I would just verify with the advertiser that the offer accepts US traffic an that the landing page has a in depth privacy policy or official rules.
