LOST is back.

At least a spinoff of Lost would make my wildest dreams come true. The greatest TV ever made.

P.S. you suck smelly, bearded duche bag.

I wouldn't watch another second of Lost after what was no more than Televisual bait and switch. "Here's a good show, here's no answers, thanks for your advertising moniez." Anyone who thinks other wise is a mug.

Yes you can convince yourself it was great, because you watched it for fucking years and it was "about the characters not the mystery" (see Cialdini - Confirmation Bias) or you can realise it was nothing more than a superb exercise in advertising.

I know some say it was superb and the ending was amazing because it was about the characters. Give me a fucking break. The show was about a shed load more than that and I think few watched it "for the characters."

Leaving something open is good. See "The Italian Job", "Lock, Stock an 2 Smoking Barrels." But that was 1 or 2 unanswered questions that were inviting and enjoyable, not 2,917 unanswered questions raised to keep us watching. Face facts, as a means to generate advertising moniez, it has no equal. Genius.

And as Marketers, we should all be able to see that and stop talking about this "character" bollocks. (It wasn't a Thomas Hardy Novel for fucks sake!) :D

I gotta agree with you, it made no sense at all. The first 2 or 3 years held me and then I realized that I was being played for an idiot. I realized that the story did not tie together in any way and that if I remained a LOST fan it was only because I had already invested so much time into this LOST cause of a story and that I was praying to be proven wrong.

I just stopped watching the crap. I told myself that If season 1 questions werent answered ATLEAST in part by season 3, we were all getting hosed. Some enjoy getting hosed, not I...

Some of you guys bitch about tv shows like it's a religion. It's a tv show... don't like, don't watch. I'm not hitting up the MTV forums to complain about Jersey Shore.

And I'm still curious which questions LOST left unanswered. As far as I can tell pretty much everything was answered.

Haaaa, you're defending it like it's your religion. I DID stop watching, and would not be talking about it if you didnt bring it up. Lost was stupid.

It is a religion. All praise be to the island.... ooommmmm.

LOL, It was definitely my favorite show for the first 2 seasons, I would think about LOST at work all day on wednesdays. I Wished I could fast forward the day and hurry up to get to the BIG EVENT, haaaa. Believe me I wished it had stayed that way for me cuz it was so enjoyable.
