Someone mentioned today that they'd lost backlinks in the webmaster tools. They went from 700 to 1. Someone else on another forum mentioned going from 60,000 to 79.
I checked my sites and I had one drop from 20,000 backlinks to 10,000 backlinks listed. In my own case here it appears they're all from the same forum signature link. The forum has a mobile site and a regular site on different subdomains. I don't appear to have lost any backlinks except those from that one forum.
This appears to have just happened today and I'm not seeing it mentioned anywhere yet. Anyone else experiencing this or know what's going on?
