Hey Everybody,
We run LinkEmperor.com, an SEO software platform, and it's reached a point in the business where we need to hire someone who can do SEO automation full-time for us from home. We need someone who understands SEO and is well-versed in programs like Ubot and WinAutomation, along with programs like Scrapebox, maybe SENuke or Xrumer, etc. Some programming experience would be a bonus but not required. They would be building out various link building systems and monitoring them to make sure they run on time and don't break, etc.
We want somebody who's awesome and we are willing to pay well. But we also need them to be extremely dependable. The main issue we're trying to figure out is that a lot of people with the desired skillsets are very entrepreneurial and it might be tough to find somebody good who's also willing to stick around and not leave us in search of other internet moniez.
That said, I have a few questions for you fine people:
1) Is anyone here interested?
2) Is there anywhere else you guys think we should look, or any creative strategies along those lines?
3) Any other tips or advice on how we can find a great person like that?
