Looking for Wordpress Theme Maker (html/css)

I'm looking for someone to take the Photoshop .psd's of our web designs and slice them up, and put them into proper html and css (looking for clean tableless type design), that is ready to drop into wordpress's themes directory and use immediately in wordpress.

So, to clarify again, no design work involved, merely taking an existing design in PSD format and creating a usable wordpress theme from it.

I'm interested in paying a fixed amount on a per theme basis. Please send me your offers.

I'm looking for someone who wants to do this on an ongoing basis. I've already got 4 themes lined up to be made, and there will be many more to come.
