i need to build web application that uses email sending as its alerting mechanism
for that i need to find web host that does not limit the email sending
can you please recommend good web hosting service that doesn't limit email sending

They all limit sending in some way. If you mean alerting, as when a site goes down, there shouldn't be much of a limit, since you'd have to be sending like 100 emails every minute or so for most hosts to shut you down.
