Looking for someone to animate my YouTube videos

I was wondering how much it would cost for someone to listen to my podcast on Parent Advice and then add animation to it. I did the first video, but I am not good at it. I am wondering how much something like that would cost. My first video is below:

For stuff like this it'll all depend on your budget, of course. Cheaper when it's just stock images + text, but you could also get all original art and animation done which would cost you a lot more...
