I'm developing monitoring tool similar to google alerts just for something else specific.
It will be membership site where members will receive email report every 25 minutes.
So, I need smtp access to send them email via php (php software is on my server and need just to call smtp server).
I'm not planning to have more then 400 members.
I need just one email box with not much space, but that can send up to 400 emails every 25 minutes (I guess it will be less then 100 in first few months).
This is not anything spammy. It will send all time emails to same members (emails) and in each email there is link to login to member area and change email or turn reporting off.
It's very important that server is not blocked by big free emails like gmail,yahoo,hotmail...
