Looking for PSD to Wordpress Template Designer.

I have some layered PSDs.

They all have the same basic design, I just need someone to convert all the PSDs to a wordpress theme that I can them customize.

The coding must be perfect and It should not break or look funny when I add buttons etc.

The Menu needs to be a drop down menu with some fading effects so that kind of knowledge is requested.

Finally - I may want to use a custom font, so I need some advice on if this is possible without using all images
