What prepaid credit cards work with adwords, I know a lot of them don't work.

Use usual debit cards then, they all work. Not sure about which not work.

Setting up a new adwords account with new name, address, credit card etc etc sounds like an accounting nightmare! I can just imagine the questions my accountant would have for me.

That's correct it seems like there is a lot of sites in adwords I am finding that are totally violating all terms and conditions they must be doing some sort of cloaking just can't figure it out.
