I´ve been lurking around for a cms that would basically give me a magazine layout or a portal layout.. the tought being that I would need news at the top and then post random articles and guides at the bottom..
does anyone know a cms that has this easily done, or maybe even better, a template?
If not, would anyone be interested in me designing one? (I would however need a programmer to do the coding, but the layout would be on me etc)
