- custom wordpess design: you can use an existing wordpress template and change the logo, colors and maybe the size of the header, sidebar, etc.
- keyword research: you should research the subject / niche that I give you to get some good idea about the content. I will also help you with that to get the best possible ideas for the niche
- content: you (or a writer) should write about 8 - 12 pages of content that is related to that niche (about 400 - 700 Words per Page). You should enter that content into wordpress and make that content "attractive" to the visitors (paragraphs, tabulators, bolding the important parts, etc..)
- payment: WIRE payment + Invoice to my company (I know paypal is the prefered payment here but I would really want to pay with wire + get an invoice)
