First of all let's say that I'm looking for long-term outsourcing, fast & reliable & cheap designer.
We need to redesign our web services (dev, design, marketing) enterprise website to meet and surpass industry standards.
I'll need:
The homepage design
The blog section design
A full blog post design
The portfolio section design
A full portfolio (showing a client) design
Free Quote form design (with all sort of options for a form)
I’d need several typography items i could use everywhere on the website
In homepage, there need a place (a menu) where I talk about the enterprise, our place in the community, etc
I'd need my logo to be copied in .ai so the color looks similar to the one in PSD right now without the Layer Effects u know ( it needs to have blue in it even without having blue in the background)
We need to rethink navigation, to let the visiter know that we can offer any web services (the one they are looking for), to direct the surfer to Contact Us so that he got no choice but to call us.

I need a place to list my clients logos scrolling.
While designing, keep in mind that I can do javascript/flash development (any), so dont worry about designing anything which could be hard to develop.
The website will be in php, but i can integrate some flash modules at some places..
You need to think about animation that will be included and just tell me what will need to be animated (menus, page change, etc)
