What I NEED and DONT need from my Biz partner:

- I DONT need you if your idea of work is an occasional expert opinion
- If you have 20 minutes a day in between crying kids, a pissed-off wife, job etc, I DONT need you (sorry, everyone else needs you)
- If you are DRIVEN to make money and demand RESULTS from Yourself and Others, I NEED you
- If you are fucking EXCELLENT at Market Research (I am lazy at it and therefore shit) then I NEED you. This is to ensure what we attack has a solid chance for us to generate ROI assuming we pull our weight
- If your END GOAL is to make money, I NEED you. I.e. Be it taking competitor market share, destroying them, or pecking at, with view to sell, whatever the case may be - factoring competition strength, time to market feasibility, growing/dying, setup times with me etc
- If you VALUE your time and want to kick ass, I NEED you
- Are you less than 25 years of age? I DONT need you, unless you are PROVEN. I'll deduce that quickly
- You Dont need a business plan right now (but bonus if you do)
- You can have an existing project that's stalled (can discuss)

- YOU Take on most Market Research aspects, at least initially
- Preferably YOU handle Most PPC / Advertising - I will help / do as needed too

- Hosting and technical bs - ME
- Landing Pages - Depending if using something like Unbounce/leadpages, actual deployment/tweaking would probably be ME.
- COSTS - 50/50
- We aren't dicking around with contracts and bullshit at the start until some ROI is established. I dont care about any precious ideas - ideas are a dime a dozen. I Care about ROI. We can get serious with contracts after ROI starts occurring. If you have one magic Idea and are scared shitless of theft, don't contact me, I don't want to endure your bullshit emotions and paranoia.

I'm experienced in weightloss, backup services, online IT services, ebooks, "make money" gimmicks (cringe - back in the day), SEO, flipping sites. I've run a web hosting company, and attacked several other niches. Some worked, some failed, some were half-baked. I've spent many hundreds of thousands on PPC over the years. I have access to good programmers, marketers, facebook advertisers, VAs etc.
Suffice to say, I'm open to working with you if you are up to scratch and can deliver strong value. Collecting seed money is something I am willing to work toward if suitable, and am capable of obtaining. One thing I can tell you about myself, that is 100% accurate: I get shit done, fast.
