Looking for an adult sponsor with Pay Per Click perferably. If not a good Revenue share would be fine. Also they need to have tons of content ready for download.... XML feeds would be a huge plus...
I would also recommend AdultFriendFinder. They pay around $0.02 per click. They also pay per lead/action and per sale. Alot of the adult entertainment sites use them.
