Looking for a RSS, Social bookmarking, Indexing tool

...If such a thing exists. I've used Ping Kaching, I've currently got a trial version of it and although its easy enough to use two things put me off:
1. It's still a bit buggy and things don't work as seamlessly as they should IMO, leading me to my second reservation about it:-

2. The cost, for $29/month it should be pretty flawless. Even if it was the Rolls Royce, I can't afford to pay for it at this stage, I'm using it on my first marketing site, so until I've got some capital I'll have to go for something more basic and cheaper/free'r.

So as the title suggests, I'm after a tool or some tools or some methods for RSS submissions, social bookmarking and indexing that wont take me all day.

Use some AA blog comments. You can buy the by the thousands in BST. I can recommend some good providers if needed. Just PM me.

Hmm yeh as I said, at this stage I'm looking for something more budget so Ultimate Demon is not what I'm after. As for Scrapebox and AA blog comments, I understand that it's no good for the long term as it's not immune to getting Panda slapped.

Any other suggestions?
